Workshops
ISHTA Yoga workshops bring master teachers right to you at our studios! From Glenn Black to Kofi Busia, Steve Ross to Sharon Salzburg, we invest in your education by exposing you to the wonderful world of yoga in all of its various forms. We also present yoga workshops with our senior teachers on special topics that cannot be covered in group class--more time and focused topics deepen your studies and experience of restorative yoga, pre-natal yoga, yoga philosophy, yoga and injury, and a whole lot more. In addition, we have a unique program for teachers and teacher trainees that instructs you how to teach your students with greater skill. From hand's-on adjustments to how to teach private lessons, there is no doubt that your teaching will be highly improved after attending any or all of these programs.
