Thai yoga massage is an ancient healing practice with roots In Ayurveda that combines elements of yoga stretching, acupressure, and palming techniques that leave both the giver and receiver feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.

Bring a partner or find one here to learn how to give and enjoy receiving a Thai massage sequence to open energy lines, release trapped energy, and generates fresh energy.

You will learn simple yet deeply effective moves that you can practice on loved ones at home or incorporate into a professional modality.

Great for yoga teachers to enhance hands-on in a group practice or make your private sessions more luxurious.

Practice will end with participants relaxing while Susan applies some thai massage techniques with light, warm and stimulating fragrance essential oils.

*This form of bodywork is done fully clothed on a cushioned floor mat.
