Space Rentals

Studio Rentals:

We have approximately 5 offices and a large studio available for rent from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. The space is approximately 1300 square feet total including the offices and the studio. We would ideally like one subletter (a company for the entire space for instance) but are also considering individual office/studio rentals.

Cost: $40 under 10 people; $50 over 10 people.
