Bio: Michael is an ISHTA Yoga sadhaka and a marma point therapist, currently based in London. For the last several years, he has taught thousands of group classes and privates, lead ISHTA teacher trainings, and traveled internationally to share the teachings and bodywork that have so enriched his life. He aims to help students reclaim an attitude of play, embrace the gift of laughter, and brighten the light of their own awareness to illuminate a path back to their true selves.
