Happy and Healthy Mother's Day Tips
Happy Mother’s Day to all!
1. Accept breakfast in bed
2. Accept coffee in bed
3. Read the newspaper or the book you’re immersed in and try not to get out of bed until at least 8:30am
4. Ask to go to the gym and or yoga
5. Double your run or run and do a full yoga practice
6. Don’t forget to stretch (yoga poses please) if you choose to make cardio your calorie burner
7. Ask for the ice cream cake and eat it!
8. Don’t feel guilty. You’ve taken care of guilt with 4-6
7. Do something that you like with your child (ren) that they will like too.
8. Meditate. Do not forget to do your daily meditation.
